Messy Art Day at Lanesville Community Center

A group of former and current preschool teachers and enthusiastic artists have joined forces to bring 'Messy Art Day' to the Lanesville Communtiy Center! Kids in preschool and grade school are invited to come paint, draw and create using charcoal, pastels and paint! Come join the fun, make a mess and discover the masterpiece hidden within!

Ziptour! and Art Activity: Fun with Fluff

Did you know Fluff was made in Lynn, MA? Come find out more at Lynn Museum!

Join the Lynn Museum and Historical Society to learn about Fluff! As part of the museum's April Vacation Week programming join us for a 15-minute tour given by Museum-trained guides that will feature an in-depth look at a museum object on view. These tours are open to all museum visitors and will spotlight a different object from the collection. This tour will look at our favorite marshmallow treat Fluff using photographs and advertising materials! After, visitors will be invited to create mosaic style recreation of the Fluff sign.

Nature Art Classes at Joppa Flats: Spring Series II

Nature's beauty is all around us. Let's open our eyes and explore nature as artistic inspiration! Join teachers Jan and Lee for these series, and learn how creativity intersects with science, technique, and construction in a fun and rewarding way. Materials will be provided. Parents are welcome but not required to stay. Each series requires a minimum of four participants.
